Be True to You–Beauty and Self Love is a Means of Self Expression
February 11th, 2010I’m sure when you were growing up, you had ideas about who/what you wanted to be when you grew up. Go ahead and glance back 10, 15, even 20 or more years. What is the image you saw of yourself? Are you that person? Are you happy and successful? Are you attractive and living in abundance? What about your self image? Do you look the way you imagined you would at this point of your life? What small thing can you do as an expression of self love in the name of beauty? For example, Michelle Obama says she has a long standing nail and hair appointment every Friday.
